BREATHE!!!

A little simple task to complete before going for an interview is taking long and deep breaths.

When I say that you just have to take up deep breaths and you’d ace the interview, I keep my confidence in the interviewers. Why? I have seen people perspiring furiously when in an interview room, and even more, shivering once they face the interviewer (not me!).

Simple solution folks. Breathe. How? I call it calming my nerves. It is a hack to do when you find yourself struggling to find words. The company hires you for your confidence in yourself, how you portray your attitude during the interview.

When you answer the question posed, they observe the pauses, breaths, and assertiveness. The cross-questioning method used to confuse the candidates is done to see whether you see yourself as the best candidate for the job.

Here are some tips that I followed while on the interview —

  1. Fake it till you make it — You gotta know that they look for confidence in you, and if you lack there, please FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, do not show it on your face.
  2. Look the interviewer in the eye while making your point — Make and keep your point.
  3. Point out your achievement in a manner that they ask about that — Answering what you have researched about is a cakewalk.
  4. Smile throughout! (confidence, peeps!)

Even if you do not get the job, make sure you leave an impression on the interviewer. Apart from these tips, also do schedule a fun activity for later that day, so that you keep yourself up and about for that event.

Hope this helps.

Have a sip of water, my dear.

Ciao.
